How we install
We prep the slab as for any coating: grinding, crack repair and moisture testing. We apply a base color, pour the metallic layer, work it by hand and seal it. For sunny rooms, a UV-stable topcoat prevents yellowing.

We make a sample board with your chosen colors so there are no surprises.
Will a crack show through?
Moving cracks can. We discuss this at the estimate.
How long does it take?
Typically two to three days.
Care
Use felt pads under furniture, sweep grit often and clean with a mild soap. A fresh topcoat can renew the gloss after years of use.
Moving cracks and decorative floors
Because metallic floors are smooth and glossy, any crack that keeps moving can show as a faint line. On Union City's clay soils, we look closely at cracks first and talk honestly about where a line might reappear. Sometimes we suggest placing a design border along a known crack so it reads as part of the pattern.
